Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship? +

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Where is my order? +

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also view order status anytime under your account at /account/orders.

Where do you ship? +

We currently ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping? +

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Promotions and free-shipping thresholds, when active, are shown in your cart.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +

Items can be returned within the window described on our Returns & Refunds page, in original, unused condition. See /returns-refunds for full details.

How do I start a return? +

Contact us through the form at /support/contact with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

When will I get my refund? +

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Bank processing can take a few additional business days.

What payment methods do you accept? +

When am I charged? +

Your card is charged when you complete checkout and your order is confirmed.
