Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Little One Collection. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. This policy explains how and when you can expect to receive your order.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the selected method. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — see your cart for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Little One Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package was damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
