Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you carry. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returned in the original packaging where possible.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged through normal wear or improper care.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@getlittleone.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier listed on your label.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, a flat $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want. This avoids inventory holds and gets your replacement to you sooner.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost Returns
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit when a customer-provided label is used.
